Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: When you make a purchase from us, a confirmation email containing your unique Order ID is automatically sent to you. The confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided when you purchased from us. Please email our Customer Support Team at sales@stylishaffitness.com giving your Order ID so they can check the status of your purchase(s), provide you with tracking number(s) and direct you to a link where you can monitor the delivery status of your items.

*Note: Remember to check the spam or junk folder of your email inbox should you not find a confirmation email from us.

Q: HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A: Tracking numbers will be provided automatically after we ship your order. A shipping notification email containing the tracking number(s) for your order is sent to the email address you provided when you purchased from us. You can track your order by clicking on the link contained in your shipping notification email or on the Track Your Order page on our website.

Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

A: All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are typically delivered in 3-7 business days. However, there are factors outside our control which can cause delays. And please note that delivery time frames vary for every destination country.

Please note that delivery times are currently extended due to COVID-19. There can additional delays of up to 30 business days.

Estimated* Standard Delivery Time - shipped with mail carrier in destination country (e.g. USPS-US, Royal Mail-UK, Canada Post-CAN, Australia Post-AU, etc).

  • US/UK: Please allow 5-10 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • EU: Please allow 8-15 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • CAN: Please allow 15-30 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • AUS/NZ: Please allow 15-30 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • Rest of the World: Please allow up to 35 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.

Expedited Delivery Times - premium expedited shipping provided by UPS, DHL or FedEx. Delivery days exclude holidays and weekends.

  • US/UK: Please allow 1-6 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • EU: Please allow 3-7 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • CAN: Please allow 5-10 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • AU/NZ: Please allow 5-10 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.
  • Rest of World: Please allow up to 12 business days from the date your order is shipped for your items to arrive.

Please note:

  • In some cases your items may be shipped separately
  • If a product is returned, shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility
  • We do not accept liability for missing the estimated delivery date
  • We do not accept liability for shipping address errors made by the buyer or missed deliveries that result in your order being returned to us
  • Customs checks may delay delivery of your order
  • Holidays in your country may delay delivery of your order

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

A: Yes! We ship orders worldwide every day. However, there may be some countries where certain items are not available. If you would like to check if we can ship to your country, please email our Customer Care Team at sales@stylishaffitness.com

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. We cannot cancel orders after this time. Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy for more information.

Q: CAN I GET A REFUND?

A: Yes within 15 days of you receiving your purchase. The product(s) must be sent back in the same condition you received it in. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Please check our Returns & Exchange Policy for more information.

A: Stylish AF Fitness Co adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
